Check-out instructions before you leave the château
We hope you are enjoying your stay.
Here are the instructions for your departure:
Check-out is by 10.00 am at the latest.
I will be there in person to check you out and inspect the property with you.
Final cleaning is included, but we would be grateful if you could:
- Not leave any dirty crockery behind, and to run the dishwasher before you leave,
- Empty the fridge and freezer,
- Tidy the house back to how it was on your arrival if you have moved anything around,
- Put all outdoor furniture back where it was on your arrival: chairs and tables, sun loungers, games, parasols, etc.
- Fold up the cots and put them back in the cupboard as you found them on arrival,
- Strip the beds,
- Place the sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels on the bed in the ground-floor bedroom,
- Empty your bin bags into the black bin for non-recyclable waste,
- Empty recyclable waste into the bin with the yellow lid,
- Take glass to the special council bins as shown on the map in the documents on the kitchen worktop,
- Please let us know of any damage or faulty appliances,
