Wines consumed during your stay, as well as orders from the bakery, are to be paid for at the end of your stay upon check-out, in cash or by bank transfer.

Similarly, the charge for electric cars, billed at €10 per charge, is to be paid to me under the same terms.

The tourist tax is to be paid in advance or upon arrival, in cash or by bank transfer. A detailed invoice will be sent to you a few days before your stay:

The proportional tax rate is 5.00% of the pre-tax cost of the night’s stay, capped at €4.80 + additional tax.

Amount due = Number of persons subject to the tax and not exempt  x  Number of nights of the stay  x  Increased proportional tax rate

(1) Cost of the night’s stay excluding tax = Accommodation price excluding tax for the stay / Number of nights of the stay / Number of occupants

(2) 10% surcharge for the additional departmental tax.
